Share a Dream Come True Parade was a beloved daytime parade that was performed at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World from 2001 to 2006. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and other well-known classic and contemporary Disney characters participated in the parade, which honored the wonder and magic of the company.
One of the unique features of the parade was the inclusion of characters inside large, globe-shaped floats, such as Cinderella, who was inside a beautiful pumpkin-shaped globe. The parade also featured a float with Mickey Mouse, surrounded by various depictions of his character throughout the years. The very first float of the parade paid homage to Walt Disney himself, as you could see Walt drawing Mickey Mouse.
The parade’s energetic music and vibrant colors added to the festive atmosphere. While the Share a Dream Come True Parade is no longer performed, its legacy lives on in the memories of those who were lucky enough to witness the magic of the parade firsthand.
