A new Parking Garage is under construction at Disney Springs. The garage will be called Grapefruit Garage and will have 2000-3000 spaces and will utilize the same smart parking system utilized at the other two garages.
The garage will be located on the opposite side of Buena Vista Drive near the Speedway Gas station and will connect to the existing Disney Springs area via a pedestrian bridge.
April 15, 2019: The Grapefruit Garage is now open at Disney Springs.

January 7, 2019: WDWMagic.com is reporting that the new garage will be known as the Grapefruit Garage.
July 23, 2018: OrlandoParksNews.com is reporting that the new pedestrian bridge will be installed over night on August 6th.

September 20, 2017: WDWMagic.com user danlb_2000 is reporting that a permit was filed for the third parking garage. The permit is set to expire January 1, 2019 and it has a budget of $58.5 million.
September 29, 2016: WDWMagic.com and the Reedy Creek Improvement District have confirmed that a third parking garage will soon be built at Disney Springs. The third garage is expected to have 2000 spaces and be located across Buena Vista Drive near the Speedway Gas Station.
The garage is expected to begin construction in 2017 with an expected completion date of 2019. It is also expected to use the same technology used by the Orange and Lime garages that informs guests of how many available spaces are in each level or row.
