ABOUT
Inspired by Rizzo the Rat from The Muppets, PizzeRizzo is a quick service pizza location that offers casual Italian American style dining.
The interior and exterior are designed to look like a typical New York style pizzeria and features subtle references to The Muppets throughout.
The exterior neon sign reads “The City’s Top Rated Pizza”. However, in true Muppets fashion the sign will occasionally see only select letters illuminated and those letters read, “It’s Rat Pizza”.
STORY
Rizzo the Rat owns and operates the pizzeria. Throughout the restaurant, guests can find hints and references to Rizzo, his family and his friends.
TIMES GUIDE - OPENING/CLOSING
This location operates seasonally, but when it is operating it typically opens at 11:00 AM and closes 1 to 2 hours prior to park closing.
HISTORICAL NOTES
Previously this restaurant was known as the Toy Story Pizza Planet before a re-theming in 2016.
