The Edison, Maria and Enzo’s and Enzo’s Hideaway are a group of three Disney Springs restaurants owned and operated by the Patina Group. The Edison and Maria and Enzo’s are connected by way of an underground speakesy/tunnel called Enzo’s Hideaway. A quick service pizza window called Pizza Ponte is also attached to Maria and Enzo’s.
The interior of Maria and Enzo’s appears as a repurposed airport terminal from the first half of the 20th century. Travel decor is prominent throughout the restaurant.
The Italian menu features pasta dishes, fish and more. The restaurant is also open for Sunday brunch.
The backstory of the area is that an old power plant and airport were repurposed into The Edison and Maria and Enzo’s respectively. During prohibition, a speakesy was setup in the tunnels that connected the two locations known as Enzo’s Hideaway.
