The Flying Fish Restaurant offers a selection of sustainable fish and other offerings. The interior pays tribute to the golden era of boardwalk dining with tiled walls, wood, a deep blue carpet and other accents. An open kitchen serves 191 guests including a specialized “Chef’s Counter”. Guests at the Chef’s Counter sit in front of the open kitchen while they enjoy their six-course dinner.
The restaurant is led by Chef Tim Majoras and the menu features sustainable fish offerings as well as a selection of non seafood alternatives. Sommelier for Flying Fish, Stig Jacobsen, has prepared nearly 300 different wines including almost 80 by the glass. Wine flights have also returned alongside a new cocktail menu.
