Everyone has a Disney Side. It comes out when they let loose at a Disney Park, celebrate their inner pirate or princess, and meet Mickey Mouse again and again. On Tuesday, Nov. 5, Disney Parks will reveal “Disney Side” in a new way, revealing content created by a lineup of social media all stars before a live audience at the Disneyland Resort.
These special stars will debut their YouTube and Vine videos, Instagram photos and more to a select group of invited guests at the Social Media All Stars #DisneySide World Premiere at Disneyland Park. Invited fans will be able to greet the stars face-to-face in a private meeting following the show.
Fans not attending the show may enjoy viewing the magical, entertaining videos and images on the Disney Parks Blog. On November 5, the Disney Parks Blog will feature links to content that reveals the Disney Side of the social media stars.
Disney Parks is tapping this new breed of filmmakers and artists to use their quirky, personal styles to share their “Disney Side.” The names of these Internet all stars may not be commonly known, but millions of people have seen their work online.
Social media all stars in attendance will include YouTube sensations Mike Tompkins (http://www.youtube.com/user/pbpproductions), Tiffany Alvord (http://www.youtube.com/user/TiffanyAlvord), Reality Changers (http://www.youtube.com/user/realitychangers) and Mindy McKnight of CuteGirlsHairstyles.com as well as familiar faces like Ridiculously Photogenic Guy and of course the world’s grumpiest cat, Grumpy Cat (http://www.grumpycats.com).
