New Chef, New Menu Items for Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge


The Disney Parks Blog announced that Artist Point at Disney's Wilderness Lodge will have a new menu under the helm of new chef Michael Gonsalves. Gonsalves has previously created dishes for the Food and Wine Festival.

New starters include:

  • Cheese and House Made Charcuterie
  • Dashi-braised short rib with kombu turnip pickles
  • Charred field asparagus with Berkshire prosciutto, mustard vinaigrette, and foraged greens

New entrees include:

  • Cedar plank salmon

The restaurant uses produce from The Land Pavilion and Chef Michael says they are working on a terrace dining experience with a communal chef’s table. The chef's table should be coming soon.
