The Disney Parks Blog announced a series of new allergy friendly menus throughout Walt Disney World. Beginning today (April 14th), 120 restaurants across both Disneyland and Disney World will have allergy-friendly menus that provide allergen content for each menu item. The new menu focuses on the most common allergens: gluten/wheat, milk, peanut, tree nut and fish.
Guests will also still have the option of speaking with the chef should they have any additional concerns. The new menus will first debut at signature restaurants before being rolled out at other table service locations and finally quick service locations. The rollout is expected to be completed by September 2015.
