Bay Lake is a natural lake located in the heart of Walt Disney World in Florida. The lake covers an area of 428 acres and is surrounded by several Disney resorts, including Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground offers a unique camping experience with tent and RV sites, as well as fully furnished cabins. The campground features several recreational activities for guests, such as outdoor movies, campfire sing-alongs, and swimming pools. There are also several dining options available, including a quick-service restaurant and a trading post where guests can purchase groceries and camping supplies. The campground is themed after the American Frontier and offers guests the opportunity to experience rustic outdoor camping while still being close to all the Disney parks and attractions. Additionally, the resort also offers horseback riding, archery, fishing, and carriage rides.
