Disney regularly sends surveys to guests and occasionally information will be revealed in these surveys about potential changes coming to the Walt Disney World resort. The photos from the attached survey largely detail the technical issues that individuals have been reporting regarding My Disney Experience, Fastpass+ and many of the other changes from the Next Gen project. While little is revealed from this survey, it is important to see that Disney is seeing these complaints and questioning guests on how many of these issues affected their trip planning.
