Additional Changes Coming to the Virtual Queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

The Disney Parks Blog announced additional changes coming to the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

Beginning November 3rd, guests with a valid ticket and a confirmed reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be able to make a boarding group reservation at 7 AM while outside of the park. If guests are unsuccessful in their attempts to make a reservation in the 7 AM window, they will have an additional chance at 2 PM. The 2 PM window will require guests be in the park.

Access to both boarding groups is limited to availability and is not guaranteed. Under the current system, boarding groups are typically only available for the first 10 seconds of the booking window.

Reservations are made through the My Disney Experience mobile application.

Additionally, Disney has installed plexiglass dividers between the rows of the ride vehicles in an attempt to increase socially distant compliant capacity.
