About

Part Polynesian isle part desert, Adventureland houses two of the most famous attractions in the park: Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the Caribbean. Rich in foliage in some parts, it can feel like a jungle at times, while the shops give off the vibe of a Middle Eastern bazaar. The section that houses Pirates of the Caribbean is often regarded as Caribbean Plaza, exhibiting a slightly different theme still. All in all, the cohesion of the land ties everything back to Adventure.

Adventureland is located on the left hand side of the hub, just beyond The Crystal Palace restaurant. The main bridge to Adventureland is a grooved bridge (grooved by non-slip strips) that features the Adventureland sign made out of bamboo. There are additional pathways near Pecos Bill Restaurant and Country Bear Jamboree in Frontierland that also lead to Adventureland as well.

From other areas of the Magic Kingdom, Disney's Polynesian Resort can be seen in the background behind Adventureland blending in with the Adventureland scenery in the foreground.
